Steve White
Our Vice President and General Manager for Radio Shine, Steve White, had 36 years in radio broadcasting prior to coming to KGCB in September 2006. Steve came to us from Witchita, Kansas with experience as general manager of numerous radio and television stations across the country. He has served as consultant, college instructor, marketing manager, and chief engineer. Most recently, COO, Vice President and General Manager of Love98 - 98.3 FM and KBRI AM in Indianapolis, Steve is an alumnus of Wayland Baptist University and an ordained minister. He has served as a bi-vocational pastor at several churches in Texas and Indiana. He and wife, Mary, are enjoying exploring Arizona with their four grown children- Josh, Joel, Daniel and Micah.

Dave Schreiber
Born in Evansville, Indiana, Dave Schreiber came to Radio Shine from KGRN AM in Grinnell, Iowa. Dave received much of his training in production and sound by working as an audio engineer and lead guitarist while traveling with bands around the country. With a degree from the Broadcast Center in ST. Louis, Missouri, this is Dave’s third year working in radio. A newbie to Arizona, Dave enjoys the sunny weather, friendly people and all the opportunities to be out doors. Dave’s delightful companion at home is an 11 year old cat named ‘Sweety”. He says he didn’t name her, but she really is a sweety. His favorite verse is Psalm 33:4. Check it out!

Hilary Peele
We are proud to have as on-air personality Hilary Griffith Peele, Miss Arizona 2006 who joined our staffing May 2007. Hilary competed in pageants for 5 years and was crowned Miss Chandler prior to being named Miss Arizona. Born in Glendale, Hilary graduated from Arizona State University with a BA in Journalism and Mass Communications and served a two-year internship in the news department with ABC Channel 15 in Phoenix. Hilary was married in February 2008 and will be on-air staff for our new Radio Shine station in north Phoenix. Hilary's four legged companions at home are three dogs (two schnoodles and a shih-tzu) and one tortoise. She has two favorite Bible verses: Esther 4:14 and John 16:33.

Mike Medlin
Mike Medlin has been Program Director with Radio Shine for 3 years following his move from Delta Junction, Alaska, where he worked as broadcaster for the American Forces Network. Mike earned a BA in Communications from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia and has worked in radio broadcasting for 17 years. A southern gentleman, born in Monroe, North Carolina, Mike says he enjoys Arizona for its variety of outdoor activities, especially 4-wheeling, which he enjoys with his wife, Kimberly, and their five children.
